Creating music is an exciting passion which actually kickstarted my career in design – back in my family home, at the young age of 15, making my cover art for my first “hit single”. Fast forward to now, creating a brand that I could personally connect with, while at the same time being unique. Thus the Subpixel brand was created.
The Subpixel S logo is simple, yet recognisable – and works in small or large sizes. It was important to bring the logo into the cover art as much as possible, while still creating unique pieces for each track. As such, the S logo remained front and centre while the outer circle provided the frame for the artwork. To add further details, some of the designs overflow from the outer circle.
